It's enormously late, but better late than never right? :P I have been so so busy with my test, I didn't have any time left... :/ So in my breaks I worked on this set for you :) I hope you had an amazing day, with even more amazing food :) Did you make any special meals? Something uncluding chocolate :P Or cheese ;) I hope you got sweet presents and that you celebrated your special day with the best people! Anyway, I hope you like this set :) I put the fruit picture in it because 1) food and 2) summer!!! Can you believe that those pictures are shots from the movie 101 Dalmatians? They're so moody and incredible! They were, along with the dress, the inspiration for this set.
The Palme d'Or went to the movie La Vie d'Adèle a.k.a Blue is the Warmest Colour a.k.a the lesbian movie. I certainly did not expect that movie to win. Lea Seydoux is in the movie and she's a very talented French actress, she's also in Midnight in Paris!

I'm enjoying the Cannes festival footage enormously. I wish I could be there! This dress made me think of Marion Cotillards style lately, all these gorgeous asymetrical Dior dress are stunning on her.
Did you guys watched The Great Gatsby already? If not, drop everything and run to the cinemas right now. It's that good. And the soundtrack is the bes, most songs are very melancholic and depressing, though this one will definitely get you in the partymood!

Today is a special day in The Netherlands, it's the abdication of Queen B and the inauguration of the new King, and his Queen. It is the last Queensday, from now on there will be a Kingsday on another day. The ceremonies were wonderful, royalty from all over the world gathered and everybody looked stunning.

This is for @queenb-nyc ; Happy Birthday! I know it's late but I wanted to make a set for you :) I hope your day was filled with love, great food and lovely gifts! Here's a Lana themed set for you, whom you adore :) I was inspired by her classic and quite minimalistic of-duty style. And ofcourse the Mulberry bag! The song Video Games is one of my favorites from Lana, I love the melancholy of the song. I had to analyse the video of Video Games for university, and I appreciate Lana even more after that.
